RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Baby Things Worldwide, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our exchange and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility:

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, for eligible online purchases.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, tags, and seals must be included

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Personalized/custom-made items

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or hygiene-related products after opening

  • Products damaged by misuse

  • Items prohibited from return under local regulations

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the package and product

  • Description of the issue

International Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by us

  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
